Project overview

24/7 Service Pros needed a clear online presence for emergency restoration services across South Florida. The website had to explain multiple urgent service categories, make it easy for customers to call or request help, and organize service-area pages in a way that supports local visibility.

The business problem

For emergency restoration companies, customers often search under stress after water damage, mold concerns, storm damage, or fire and smoke issues. If the website is unclear, hard to use on mobile, or missing service-specific pages, potential customers leave and call another provider from Google.

The structure behind the site: service pages → service areas → emergency CTA → contact flow, on an SEO-ready foundation.

What the redesign changed

Before
After
An oversized, location-stuffed headline pushed the offer and buttons below the fold.
A clear, benefit-led headline with the offer and call-to-action visible right away.
Two different phone numbers and competing buttons split the visitor's attention.
One primary phone number plus a single ‘Schedule Free Inspection’ action.
Trust badges were scattered across two separate rows in different places.
One consolidated ‘independently verified & certified’ trust band under the hero.
Service cards sat on a busy photo with an uneven, broken grid.
A structured service grid showing common situations and what each service includes.
The contact form used placeholder-only fields and repeated two to three times.
One labeled inspection form: name, contact, property address, service type, and role.
Reviews were mislabeled ‘Our Clients’ with nothing to answer customer doubts.
A clear reviews section plus an FAQ that answers questions before booking.

Outcome & business value

The result is a cleaner, more professional local service website that gives customers a clearer path to understand the services, contact the business, and find relevant service-area information.

The project also gives the business a stronger foundation for future SEO, Google Business Profile support, and local lead generation.
